【產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介】

綿羊紅細胞是通過(guò)無(wú)菌采集抗凝綿羊血，離心后獲得紅細胞沉淀，經(jīng)等量PBS洗滌2~3次至上清透亮，最終用阿氏液配至1%綿羊紅細胞。

【使用方法】 

根據具體實(shí)驗來(lái)使用。

【注意事項】

1、注意不可凍融，每天需輕輕顛倒，將紅細胞輕輕搖起。

2、長(cháng)途運輸過(guò)程中劇烈震蕩可能導致本產(chǎn)品出現溶血現象，可以通過(guò)離心后PBS洗滌來(lái)除去破碎的紅細胞。

3、注意無(wú)菌操作，低溫保存，開(kāi)封后請盡快使用完。

4、避免超長(cháng)時(shí)間超遠距離運輸。
